1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Zulton Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Zulton Technologies provides the following services:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• AI/ML solutions and chatbot development
• Digital marketing and SEO services
• Startup solutions and consultation
• Ready-made portal solutions

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the project cost must be paid upfront before work begins
• Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
• Recurring Services: Monthly/annual subscriptions must be paid in advance
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our refund policy and project stage

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final delivered product. However, Zulton Technologies retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or tools remain the property of Zulton Technologies.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, client feedback delays, or scope changes. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Revisions and Modifications

Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new quotation.

8. Support and Maintenance

Post-delivery support is provided for a specified period as per the service package. Extended support and maintenance are available through separate agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zulton Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. All services are provided "as is" without any warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

11. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and project details. We may require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment for work completed up to that point will be due. Refunds for terminated projects are subject to our refund policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
